Terms of Use

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the EasyVids platform (easyvids.io), an online service for creating audiovisual content with artificial intelligence: generation of scripts, images, videos, voice overs and music, automatic editing and a video editor (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept the Terms in full.

Signing up requires a name, a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. An account is personal: it may not be shared or resold. You must be at least 15 years old (or the age of digital majority applicable in your country) to use the Service.

The Service runs on credits: each generation (video, image, voice over, music, voice cloning) uses a number of credits shown before use. Subscription plans (Découverte, Starter, Créateur, Premium) grant a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits are kept for as long as the account is active. The subscription can be canceled at any time from the "My account" page: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, remaining credits are kept and no pro rata refund is due.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), all taxes included, and may change; any change in pricing will be notified to current subscribers at least 30 days before it applies.

The content you generate through the Service (videos, images, voice overs, music, scripts) belongs to you, within the limits of the rights granted by the underlying AI model providers. You may use it commercially. EasyVids claims no ownership of your creations; you grant us only the technical rights needed to host, process and display your content as part of the Service.

The platform itself (brand, interface, code, texts) remains the exclusive property of EasyVids and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Service to:

• clone a person's voice without their explicit consent;
• create misleading content presented as authentic (deepfakes, impersonation, false statements attributed to third parties);
• produce illegal, defamatory or hateful content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties (copyright, image rights, privacy);
• circumvent the credit system, probe or disrupt the security of the platform;
• resell access to the Service without a written commercial agreement.

In particular, voice cloning is restricted to your own voice or to the voice of a person whose explicit authorization you hold, which you certify at the time of cloning. You alone are responsible for the voices you clone and for the content produced with them; EasyVids accepts no liability where cloning is carried out without authorization or where a cloned voice is misused.

Any breach may lead to the account being suspended or deleted, without refund, and where applicable to a report to the competent authorities.

EasyVids strives to keep the Service as available as possible but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: generations rely in particular on third party AI providers whose availability may vary. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time; substantial changes will be announced.

The Service is provided "as is". Content generated by AI may contain errors or approximations: you alone are responsible for checking it before publication and for the use you make of it. The liability of EasyVids, on any grounds whatsoever, is limited to the amounts paid for the Service over the last twelve months.

You may stop using the Service and request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. EasyVids may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, after notice except in an emergency.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of the publisher (see the legal notice). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
